Oh did you say it’s Friday? 🥳 A juicy and tangy salsa works well for snacking goals 🤩 A simple flavourful dressing does all the wonders and takes this bowl to another level, love the freshly minced garlic in there 😍 Ingredients ⬇️

What’s cooking? Cantaloupe Salsa 🧡 This fruit belongs to the musk melon family, sweet and juicy in taste 🤓 Love fruity salsa’s, mixing some sweetness of fruits with crunch of veggies is such a great combination 🥰 This bowl is a summer favourite but had a big one lying in the fruit basket so thought of using half of it for a salsa, after all you said it’s Friday 🤭

Dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lime juice
2 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, dry parsley

Peel the hard skin from 1/2 cantaloupea HD finely dice it with hand or using a vegetable chopper. Combine with finely chopped red onions, tomatoes, green bell pepper, cilantro. Mix in the dressing and let it sit for 1-2 hours atleast for the flavors to marry. Ready.
