2 tbsp spread
1 onion huge, stripped and generally cleaved
2 carrots washed and generally cleaved
4 tomatoes cleaved
3 cups vegetable stock
salt and newly ground pepper
300 ml milk discretionary
✔Heat the container add spread
✔Now add the onion and the carrots and mix them around for a couple of moments.
✔Add the tomatoes and the stock.
✔Season with a tsp salt and a couple of drudgeries of pepper, you can change later if required.Cook until the carrots are delicate.
✔Now let it cool complety and puree the soup straight into a blender or food processor.
✔Add the milk, if utilizing and mix once more.
