BENGALI VEGETABLE FRIED RICE OR PULAO
Bengali Style Vegetable Pulao is a straightforward pulao that we plan very often.This Veg Pulao is a legitimate dish made by pretty much every Bengali and numerous others around the country. This excessively flavourful dish contains basmati rice, heaps of veggies, dry products of the soil.
Ingredients➡
Basmati Rice-2 cups
Cauliflower slashed 1/2cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
French beans-1/2 cup
Green bean stew 3-4, cleaved
Green peas 1/4 cup
Raisin 2 tbsp
Cashew – 1/2 cup
Sugar-2 tbsp(adjust as indicated by taste)
Ghee: 2 tbsp
White oil 1 tbsp
Flavors:
Cove leaf 2
Cinnamon stick 2″
Green cardamom 3-4
Cloves 4-5
INSTRUCTIONS➡
✔First cook the rice practically 80% however not totally.
✔Now.in a skillet heat oil and 1 tbsp ghee in an enormous wok and fry all vegetables individually. Season veggies with spot of salt and sugar. Put aside whenever veggies are cooked.
✔Fry cashew nuts until brilliant earthy colored in shading and keep a side with veggies.
✔Temper the oil with cove leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Permit the hardening specialists to sizzle.
Add raisins and green peas and sauté for 1 min in particular.
✔Pour all singed veggies alongside cashew into the container and mix marginally.
✔Now add cooked rice equitably over the veggies. Sprinkle slashed green stew, salt and sugar and cook for 10-15 mins in low warmth.
✔Ghee Bhat or bengali style Vegetable Pulao is prepared to present with any rich curry Doi Murgi or Mutton Rezala or Chicken Chanp.
