Dates have an excellent nutritional profile, contains god amount of fiber and antioxidants. Adding dates to your routine is always helpful especially with kids. Dates being excellent replacement for white sugar in recipes like energy bars, sauces, salad dressings and the delicious Milkshakes… This could be liked by everyone! Its rich, creamy ,tasty, fresh and healthiest which is ready in no time.

INGREDIENTS:
• SEEDLESS DATES – 5 to 6
• Milk/ almond milk- 250ml
• cinnamon powder- a pinch • Ice cubes

•Soak dates in little milk for 3- 4 hours by doing this it blends thoroughly with milk or else it might remain chunky.
• In a blender jar add the soaked dates with milk and cinnamon powder and blend. Add milk in batches so that it doesn’t suddenly splash all over. Add ice cubes and serve fresh 🥤 You can garnish it with chopped almonds of you like..
