Recipe
Mix together 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats, 1/3 cup almonds, 1/3 cup walnuts crushed, 1/3 cup dried cranberries (you can add dry berries or raisins post baking also to keep it fresh), 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, pinch of sea salt. In a bowl mix 3 tbsp honey and 3 tbsp olive oil (coconut oil works the best), add to oats and combine the mixture until well coated. Spread oats evenly on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, bake for 15-17 mins or until golden in a pre heated oven at 350°F – toss oats every 3-4 mins to avoid it from getting burnt or dry. Let it sit for 10-15 mins to cool before indulging. Store in an air tight container to retain the freshness 😊
