Whole wheat choco chip muffins 🥰 Healthy-ish delicious little treats, enjoy them for breakfast or pick up as a snack or indulge for dessert – works well in all the cases 😬 A perfect way to treat my sweet cravings and a brilliant way to use up ripe bananas, well when you’ve got a sweet tooth you need to figure out recipes which can be enjoyed with a little less guilt 🤪

**Wet Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar or jaggery
1/4 cup milk
Dash of vanilla
**Dry ingredients
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt & cinnamon
1/2 cup choco chips

In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth – pour beaten egg, oil, sugar, vanilla and lightly whisk until it comes together – sieve dry ingredients in a bowl and add to wet batter in batches, gently fold to combine, slowly add milk and combine – do not over mix and keep it gentle – add choco chips and gently fold the batter – layer muffin liners in a muffin pan, pour batter until 3/4th full – in a pre heated oven, bake at 350F for 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
