Kadai Paneer – If you like your paneer in a zesty masala then kadai paneer formula is the awesome. Lumps of sautéed curds and 3D shapes of green capsicum cooked in a delectable bhuna onion and tomato masala.
* 250 g Paneer (Cut into pieces)
* 3 tbsp Oil
* 2Dry red bean stew
* 2-3 Clove
* 2 Black cardamom
* 1 inch Cinnamon stick
* 1/2 cup Onion (Finely cleaved)
* 2 tsp Ginger Garlic glue
* 1/2 cup Tomato (Finely cleaved)
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp red bean stew powder
* 1 tsp Garam masala powder
* 1/2 cup Green capsicum (Cut into shapes)
* 1/2 cup onion (Cut into shapes)
* 3 tbsp new cream.
✅In a container heat oil presently add paneer alongside some salt and red stew powder and fry smidgen. keep aside.
✅In a similar dish add hacked onion and capsicum and saute till the capsicum is half done. keep aside.
✅Now add 2 tbsp oil and add dry stew, clove,cardamom, cinnamon and fry for few moments currently add finely cleaved onion and tomato and cook until relax.
✅Now in a blander mix the entire blend and make a smooth glue.
✅In a similar dish add the onion tomato glue and fry for at some point. presently add red stew powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt blend well and cover it for 3-4 minutes currently add the seared onion and capsicum and blend well.
✅Now add cream and paneer.Add tad water and blend well and cover it for 2-3 minutes in law heat.
✅Finally add garam masala powder and add cleaved cilantro. That is it…. your kadai paneer is prepared..
✅Serve hot with Roti, naan or laccha paratha.
