Whats cooking? Ragi Pancakes 🥞 Ragi/Finger millet is known to be a health food, rich in fiber and hearty. These pancakes make a super yummy and easy breakfast. Whisk the ingredients, drop the batter in the pan, cook well and indulge right away 💗 Ragi flour worked so well here and the addition of banana made the texture super soft. Is adding a banana necessary? Well its a healthy swap for sugar and does the job of a sweetener, you will find ripe bananas mostly in all my sweet treats 🤪

1 ripe banana – mashed
1/2 cup ragi flour
1/2 cup milk
Pinch of baking soda
Pinch of cinnamon and salt

Mash banana and add flour, start mixing and add milk in batches until you get a smooth texture, ensure there are no lumps. Add baking soda, cinnamon and salt, gently combine. In a pan, once hot add a few drops of oil and drop the batter in the centre of the pan. Let it cook from both sides and ready, a drizzle of honey and some berries to make it look prettier and taste yummier 😝
